We all deserve to be happy. Let me guide you to respite, wellness, and fun through counseling and education.
Lindsey has pursued studies at NVCC, University of Virginia and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med/Biology and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. She is the spouse of a combat veteran and has walked through the trauma of struggles (mental and physical), adversities and difficulty. She wants to come along-side others who are struggling and be their friend and advocate. She has healed through the provision of a friendly shoulder – and wants to be that friendly shoulder to you! Are you ready to start living a full and happy life?
Lindsey continues to serve her community through the non-profit, Heart of a Mountain, started by her and her husband, Jonny. She is still actively involved within the caregiver community as a Keystone Coordinator for Yellow Ribbon Fund.
